Hello

Since I was a child I wanted to become a teacher, so I studied a degree in Education. I was 18 when I started teaching at a prestigious elementary school in Mexico City. Years later, I lived in Washington DC where I taught Spanish to students from Johns Hopkins University.

Covid arrived when I had been teaching at schools for more than 25 years, and  7 years as academic coordinator and dean of studies. We all had to be at home and the school I was working in had many troubles, so I lost my position. However, in spite of the circumstances, I wanted to continue to pursue my passion for teaching, and wanted to help people to communicate in my language. For this purpose, I studied a certification program to become a Spanish as a second language certified teacher at the Cervantes de Saavedra Institute and International House.

This is how, student to student reference, I have been teaching more than 40 students from different countries as Korea, Brasil,  England, Canada,  United States and Turkey.

My child´s dream: to run my own school, now in my late 50´s is coming true. I became an entrepreneur. I have been training a team of teachers with this successfully and proven methodology.

​

Our greatly motivated students are enjoying their personalized lessons. It is highly gratifying when our students let us know our methodology goes way beyond only learning Spanish language, due to the exposure they have to Latin American culture along their lessons, as well as the flexibility to englobe different topics of their own interests and daily life.
